      Whether you want us to clean your home one time or you choose to opt into recurring cleanings, you can guarantee a high level of cleanliness. We are very good at what we do and you deserve to take advantage. So sit back and let someone else do the hard work!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ONE TIME AND RECURRING STANDARD CLEANINGS?

      One time standard cleanings are good for those who need their home clean for visitors, throwing a party (or recovering from one), or have simply fallen behind on housekeeping. Recurring standard cleanings on the other hand, are a great way to help prevent the amount of dust, dirt, bacteria, and grease that builds up inside your home overtime. This is helpful for those who have busy schedules and need help on a regular basis. Recurring options include: weekly, bi-weekly and monthly (every four weeks) intervals.

THE ADVANTAGES OF OPTING INTO RECURRING CLEANINGS

  1. Your home will be easier to maintain in between visits.

  2. You will have a hassle-free experience due to repeat visits as we learn what works for you specifically.

  3. Your cleanings will be within a fixed arrival window, on the same day of the week, every time.

  4. Your cleaner(s) will learn a routine which makes cleaning the house smoother and quicker.

  5. We try our best to assign the same cleaner to your home every time. Life happens and we cannot always guarantee this will be the case. But when a cleaner has cleaned your home multiple times, it will be easier to create a foundation for building trust.

HOW OUR STANDARD CLEANING SERVICE WORKS

  • If you're home: When we arrive at your home, we will start by introducing ourselves. You may give us a tour of your house if you wish. We usually start upstairs, unless you request us to start downstairs instead. After the cleaning is complete, you may walk around your home and see if there is anything we missed. When and if you are satisfied, you may then hand the envelope with the cash or check to your cleaner, or you can pay using one of our accepted online payment methods. If there are any issues, simply let us know.

  • If you're not home: We will enter your home based on the information you give when filling out your new client info form. We will take a tour around your home to get a good idea of where to start and where everything is. After cleaning, your cleaner will grab your payment (if you pay with cash or check). If you pay using one of our accepted online payment methods, money must be sent the day your cleaning is rendered. When you arrive home, take a look around and let us know if there are any issues.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR QUOTE

     For first or one-time cleanings, it's difficult to know off hand how long the cleaning will take. Based on the information you provide in your "Get A Quote" form, we provide the best estimate we can. The price we give you is determined by a basic understanding of your home and is susceptible to change based on how long it takes for the cleaner(s) to clean your home, whether that's more than what the quote was for, or less.

ON A TIGHT BUDGET?

  • Keep your cleanings at a fixed price that you can afford. We may be able to work with your budget.  When filling out your information for getting a quote, type in the "special requests" section what your budget is. Please keep in mind our minimum for this service option is $90. In doing this, we can work together to figure out how much we can clean in the amount of time given based on your fixed price, starting with your top priorities first. Already have a quote? Either create another or contact us and let us know your quote was not within your budget.

  • You may choose to have your cleaning divided into multiple appointments (first cleanings only).

  • Decide whether every room in your house needs cleaned.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

  • Excessive amount of dishes

  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures that are too high

  • Exterior windows

  • Chimney sweeps

BOOKING FOR RECURRING STANDARD CLEANINGS?

      If you wish to book for a recurring standard cleaning, please note that when selecting what week(s), day(s), and time(s) work for you, your booked date will be the start date for your cleanings. After booking, you will no longer need to book for this service as you will automatically be placed in our schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on your desired intervals. This goes for clients who scheduled for this service via phone, email, or other sources.

KITCHEN

  • Disinfect counters (including everything of top), backsplashes

  • Remove residue and dry soap dispensers

  • Dishes (within reason)

  • Disinfect sink and polish faucet

  • Wipe exterior of cabinets

  • Fold any kitchen towels

  • Wipe exterior of all appliances (including inside microwave)

  • Wipe exterior of oven range hood

  • Clean stove top

  • Disinfect dining table and top of dining chairs (including seat if not fabric)

  • Vacuum dining chairs (if fabric)

  • Disinfect high chair (if applicable)

BATHROOOM

  • Disinfect counters (including everything on top), backsplashes

  • Remove residue and dry hand soap dispensers

  • Disinfect/treat inside toothbrush holders

  • Disinfect sink and polish faucets

  • Wipe exterior of cabinets

  • Disinfect toilet inside and out (including inside rim)

  • Fold toilet paper edge

  • Scrub and dry showers

  • Remove residue on shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. and dry

  • Dust toilet/towel holders

  • Fold any towels

BEDROOM

  • Make beds

LAUNDRY ROOM

THROUGHOUT HOME

  • Wipe exterior of washer and dryer

  • Dust blinds and windowsills

  • Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans

  • Dust baseboards, vents, furniture (including front and sides), electronics, lamp shades, decor, etc.

  • Clean mirrors

  • Clean glass surfaces

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Gather any dishes or trash

  • Light straightening up

  • Vacuum/mop floors and stairs

  • Vacuum couches and chairs (if home has pets)

  • Clean interior and exterior windows of front and back door

  • Empty and disinfect all garbage bins

  • Disinfect all light switches and doorknobs

ADD-ONS

  • Load of Laundry ($10) - We will place in the wash and toss in the dryer before we leave. Provide any instructions or setting preferences.

  • Fold Laundry ($5) - One load of laundry

  • Bed Linens Changed ($5 per bed) - Please place fresh clean sheets on bed for us to change

  • Interior Window Glass Cleaned ($2 per window) - We do not open the window. NOTE: Window sills and lock ledges are included in cleaning

  • Interior Fridge Cleaning ($45) - Please ensure your fridge is not overly filled with groceries as it makes it harder for cleaning

  • Interior Oven Cleaning ($35)

  • Vacuum Under Couch Cushions ($5)
